All-on-4 and All-on-6 in Turkey: full-arch implants, trips and what to ask

All-on-4 (or All-on-6) replaces a full arch of teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four (or six) implants. A temporary fixed bridge is often fitted within the first week; the permanent bridge follows after 3–6 months of healing, so two trips to Turkey are usual.

What it is

Remaining failing teeth are removed, implants are placed – the back ones often tilted to use available bone – and a temporary bridge is attached. After healing, the permanent bridge (acrylic, zirconia or hybrid) is made. It is fixed, not removable by the patient.

Techniques

All-on-4

Four implants per arch; tilted posterior implants.

All-on-6

Six implants per arch; more support, needs more bone.

Permanent bridge materials

Acrylic on titanium, or zirconia – durability and price differ.

Zygomatic implants

Anchored in the cheekbone when upper jaw bone is very limited – specialist procedure.
